Rates per room per night.
* The ALL-INCLUSIVE service, that is, the rate entitles you to the room, food and drinks offered at the HOTEL.
* Includes all taxes, applicable taxes, and tips. Except environmental sanitation tax.
* Welcome cocktail (June 18th) and Private dinner (June 21st)
* Rates showed in National Currency.
* Rates valid (03) days before and (03) days after the event date, subject to availability.
Rates for children will apply as detailed:
*0- to 2-year-olds: free; 3- to 12-year-olds rate applies as long as they share the same room with 2 adults, 1 adult and 1 minor will apply double room rate.
Individual cancellations must be made 21 days before the group's arrival to avoid having the penalty of one night's stay.
Last date to book hotel rooms online is May 28th, 2024, after this date it depends on the hotel's availability and rates may change.

- CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS:
- One night deposit or total payment of your staying will be required at the time of making your reservation.
- If you have paid one (1) night deposit, you must pay the difference for your entire staying no later than May 28th, 2024.
- Cancellations without penalty, up to 21 days before the arrival date (May 28th, 2024).
- The hotel will apply a penalty to all reserved nights for late cancellation received 20 days before arrival (May 29th, 2024) or less.
- No show applies two (2) nights penalty.
- Early Departures.- The charge will apply for the total of unused nights.
- Check-in time. - 3:00 PM / Check-out time.- 12:00 PM (noon)
- Departures after the indicated time, additional charges will apply.
- Make your reservations before May 28, 2024 (21 days before the group's arrival).
- Each participant will be responsible for their individual account, both for accommodation and additional charges.
- Your staying will be invoiced at Check Out. Invoices cannot be issued prior to the staying.

The HOTEL receives payments only with VISA or MASTERCARD cards and does not accept payments with AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
Likewise, the HOTEL states that it receives payments through the NEKO system as well as through virtual cards as long as they
meet the security criteria that are applicable to them.
THE HOTEL informs THE CLIENT that in the event that there are bank transactions for amounts greater than $10,000.00 USD or
its equivalent in Mexican pesos, there is a banking commission of 1.5% that THE CLIENT must cover.
